Member Meeting – August 12, 2018

August: Sunday the 12th at Lincoln Park in Platteville. (This is a different park than last year.) Hosted by Dennis and Janet Cook, Calvin and Julie Cook and John and Donna Rupple.

Tuber Sort – Members

Tuber Sort: Saturday, March 17^th at Zion Congregational Church, South 27^th in Brighton.

• New Members allowed 10 free tubers and all members can have 5 Free on the sort date.
• Be sure to identify viable eyes on tubers.
• SO SORRY – The Officers FORGOT to have bags and labels available at today’s meeting. Contact Sherry or Jennifer to send you sandwich size Ziplocs, white address labels OR the club can reimburse you for expenses incurred. Save receipts to give to Sherry at the sort.
• Jennifer can send you templates for making labels or help with your labels if you give her enough time. Send an email requesting help. The Club will reimburse her for printing expenses on her personal printer.

Member Meeting

Our February meeting has been confirmed for Sunday, Feb. 25th, 2018 at 1:00PM at the Longmont Library. As in years past, the library opens at 1:00PM and we will need to set up and have our potluck around 1:30PM, with meeting to follow. Thanks to Judy, Phil and Les for setting this up.
